GoogleXPSo, Microsoft is thinking of making a run at buying Google. John C. Dvorak, more even-handedly than I would, sums up the probable mucking up and ruination of the best search engine on the web if this abomination comes to pass . My knee-jerk reaction is that once it becomes MSGoogle, the simple, straight forward perfect interface will devolve into a convoluted, counter-intuitive spooge pot of "where's more money for Microsoft" based search features that will return suspect results at best. Let's just hope Google finds the M$ offer is one they can refuse.

...the last place...

Hardees"It's how the last place you'd go for a burger just might become the first." Man, talk about a self esteem problem! I don't know who is more screwed up - the ad agencey that came up with that inspiring slogan or the corporate management team that bought it. "Our food used to really suck, but we think it's better now."
